Recently, in the course of two months, my BMW convertible experienced multiple engine systems and component failures, with the added bonus of a squirrel gaining home access to the engine compartment. Diagnostic troubleshooting was considerably more than reading onboard diagnostic codes. The service team at Ed's Car Care Center invested their collective intelligence and experience to find the cause of difficult problems, repair the vehicle, and, as a bonus, clean up the squirrel's mess. A loud shoutout to Brian, the owner of Ed's, who showed strong determination to have the cause of one especially troublesome ignition failure discovered. The service team was very available and responsive to my inquiries. They fixed the car, and the repair cost seemed more than fair. Regarding my experience with car repair at the local authorized BMW dealership and Ed's Car Care Center, I feel like Ed's runs circles around the dealership. My experience with Ed's has been completely positive.

Had a repair done here on a vehicle through the dealership that sold it to me. After the repair an oil leak developed from my timing cover. Called Ed’s several months later and they fixed the oil leak through warranted work as the leak had been a result of a repair. Got me in fairly quickly, took a little extra time on the repair but that didn’t bother me since they wanted to get it done right. Class act.

Some of the most friendly and transparent people that I would trust with any of my vehicles. After I found these guys, I dont go to any other oil change/ auto shop. Ed's feels like you're working with and talking to a person instead of an iPad that tells the tech what to upsell you (jiffy lube, 5 min oil change. Etc.). They're the best!

I recently purchased a used truck with a warranty. The A/C didn't work. These guys worked with the warranty company and fixed the truck at no cost to me. The experience was to notch.

Very pleased with the friendly professional service I received. I didn't expect my issue to be resolved the same day but it was actually repaired the same morning. Would especially like to thank Justin. He is a pleasure to deal with and very knowledgeable concerning car issues. I will definitely look to Ed's for my future maintenance needs.

When my sister had road trouble I had her tow her car to Ed’s because I heard they had a good reputation. Was very pleased that they were willing to do just enough to get her back on the road again because the car was very old and she didn’t want to invest a lot of money back into it. They even fixed a long term idling issue that other mechanics had not been able to figure out. Would highly recommend and use them again.

The staff is personable and thorough. They work hard to find out what the issue is and get us in and out.
