Driving an older Mercedes that's not under warranty means I need to trust the mechanics and techs to be both honest and knowledgeable. Years ago I had a bad experience with another Mercedes specialty shop so I went to the dealership. Not anymore. Brian and his team are better equipped, priced right and a whole lot friendlier.
