On the downside you did not check that it was a new battery purchased here and your tech did not know the correct battery test procedure. BUT.. your guys followed through with the problem solving and research and took the time to make it right. 5 stars for follow thru and good customer service.

My first impression walking in was great. Very clean facility, pretty decor, warm colors on the wall, just a nice place to wait while your vehicle is being serviced. The highlight of the experience though was the customer service. I was greeted with a warm welcome, offered something to drink, and was updated often on how my car was coming. I really appreciate the attention to detail not only on my car but as a customer waiting in the lobby. Thanks for making my experience a great one and I will defintely be back!

You all are great to deal with. I really appreciate your great work, I have had no problems with the quality. But I also appreciate even more your honesty. I have a great deal of trust in the staff at Eds and love how you all stand by your work!

Had to have the CV joint replaced on my 07 Fusion. Also had oil change at same time. Was quoted $300 for CV joint replacement. Total bill including oil change was $282! Everything was done promptly and works great.
