Recently, I asked Ed's Car Care to change my car's oil, check it over for holiday road trip readiness, and do any winterizing necessary. I scheduled an appointment online (a great service), and got in right away at my convenience. The team checked the car over doing as I had asked, but before they finished I got a call telling me there was a coolant leak, one that couldn't wait to be fixed. We exchanged calls as they did tests and made the plan/got the materials to fix the car. They kept me informed on cost estimates along the way--and it was an expensive repair. At one point, Neil said something about hoping this hadn't ruined my Christmas. I was blown away by his concern. They saved my Christmas.
