Kevin said he had his vehicle towed to this business because his fuel pump had died. This business told him the work would cost $1,070 for parts and labor. He said he thought that was too much for a labor charge and he decided to take his vehicle to another business that only charged him $689 for parts and labor. He said this business charged him $92 for diagnostics. He said he thought that was ridiculous because he had already told them that the fuel pump needed to be replaced. He would not recommend this business to others because the prices are high, but the people were super nice and this business had friendly customer service.

Once again Ed's group came through for me. On previous visits they have fixed problems that other auto service centers could not. Well they did it again. The brake pedal on my truck had been soft for quite awhile. I had the rear brakes redone and a brake line repaired somewhere else. But the brake pedal was still soft. It took it to Ed's and they diagnosed it as air in one of the brake lines. After quite a bit of work they were finally able to bleed this line and the brakes are now awesome. Thanks guys. You are the greatest. I will never go anywhere else.

Michael said he had to take the vehicle back. He brought the vehicle for service on Tuesday and he took it back Wednesday, but the work still wasn't right, so he took it back again on Thursday and didn't get it back until Friday evening. All of his other services have been very satisfactory. He said this business offered him a vehicle while they were trying to get things straightened out. He chose not to elaborate on the nature of the problem.
