I very much appreciate the throughness that Ed's has given me for my vehicle. My previous shop gave me little/no warning of issues causing emergency repairs at least twice stressing me and my budget. At a friend's recommendation I changed to Ed's and I am thrilled to find out there is a Jeep mechanic in house. I needed an oil change and to check out my struts. The oil change was fast, and the staff was honest and didn't try to upsell me anything. They told me what needed to be done and a timeframe so that I can plan ahead.
