Dear Ed, I appreciated the work your team did for me and I appreciated the personal time I had with you as you transported me. My only feedback is related to cost. The primary reason I talked my wife into going somewhere other than the dealer for service work was because of cost and how dealerships "pad" the bill with extraordinary and unnecessary costs (e.g.shop supplies). I wasn't going to complain, but since you are asking for feedback, I thought I should give it. Specifically, I was charged 8.70 for a road test which I would deem unnecessary when I just had spark plugs and oil change. I'd at least recommend you might give the customer the option whether they wish to pay for a road test or not. Also, I'd recommend that with the cost for the diagnostic work for my electrical problem it would be good to tell the customer that they will be billed for the diagnostic time prior to the work. Maybe I'm just used to the "good ole days" when such diagnostics were provided at no charge. However,we would have wanted to have the dealer address the electical problem had we known up front that we may pay $26 and still not have an answer. I hope this is helpful to know what customers may be thinking....but I hate complaining....And really, other than that, I am really impressed with your business and I plan to keep coming for at least my general service work.
