I don't know how many years I have been coming to Ed's. But, I believe it is through half a dozen cars, or so. I am always treated well. I give the guys a hard time I am sure, as I am poor, and can't do all the repairs I need to immediately. I have to spread them out as I can. But, they still treat me kindly , and take good care of me and my car. What more could I ask for.I feel Blessed to have found a place that treats a woman fairly and kindly. The staff was great. I went in for an oil change and, unlike the dealership, did not come back with a long list of things that needed to be done "right away." They did tell me some things to watch for, but gave me a time frame to repair the issues. I was in and out quickly.

We have heat! Excellent diagnosis and workmanship. Very professional. While apart, mechanic discovered ac evap was leaking and contacted me to fix while the car was apart for the heater core replacement. We now have heat, great ac, and no odd odors coming from the ductwork. Thank you for a job well done!

Neal was very helpful and was able to fit our van in and get us back on the road within a day. Both our vehicles have been repaired here and we tell all our friends about Ed's great service.
