Danielle said that she went in for a service check, they did an oil change and she already knew that there were some issues with her vehicle. They didn't say anything was wrong with her brakes or anything else that was wrong with the vehicle. When she went in for an oil change her windshield wiper fluid was empty and it was when she picked her vehicle up from them.
