Very nice people.. Thoroughly looked over my car to find out all that was wrong.. Answered all of my questions promptly and efficiently.. Overall pleased with my experience and service!

I dropped my car off for a transmission drain and fill and it was done early. I will be scheduling more work with them in the future.

I'm probably the only person that looks forward to picking my car up from the shop. :) I can rely on Eds car center to do a honest & thorough job. Every time my car needs work- an excellent job is done. My car runs so well thanks to Ed's!

Been taking my 2012 Jeep Wrangler to Ed's for over a year now. The overall experience has been excellent. The staff is professional and friendly. The facility is clean and tidy. There's a comfy waiting room if you just want to hang out while your oil is getting changed. They stand behind their work. The Jeep had a leaky front diff seal and Ed's did the repair (which is like a 5 hour job.) Unfortunately the leak returned 8 or 9 months later. Got it back in and they redid the whole job under warranty/no charge. You can't ask for more than that!

It's nice to know my car is always in good hands at Ed's Car Care Center. I want all the staff to know that I appreciate your honest, hard work. I'm always so excited to pick my car up and never ever disappointed.😊

We used the early bird drop-off the day before service. Paid for the service over the phone. Then, used the key lockbox in order to pick up our car. This was VERY helpful because both my husband and I are in the medical field and working extremely long hours with Covid.

So happy we ended up at Ed's. If you drive an Audi this is the place!! (I'm sure for all makes but it is hard to find an awesome Audi mechanic outside the dealerships. Here it is.) They even ran diagnostics to make sure I wasn't replacing parts that were not necessary. They checked over EVERYTHING. We would give 10 Stars!! Thank you so much for helping our family. Ladies... call Chase. He never even laughed at me when I told him what was wrong. You know we describe it a little different than men. He gets us!!😉 And they designed a plan to help keep our Audi in top shape running her best!! Excellent communication & customer service.

Chase was amazing he did everything I asked. My vehicle was returned in good condition and I wasn’t over charged for the service. He even kept me updated on what was found. Thank you Chase
