I recently brought my car in because of a mystery noise, which the technician couldn’t hear. They asked to keep the car overnight to let another tech check it out. Still no luck. They had me ride with the tech as he listened for the noise. As you guessed, it didn’t appear. Through all of that, these guys were patient, polite and assured me that when it shows up again, they will happily check it out. They refused to charge me. I appreciated all their time and effort to help me solve the mystery. (Of course, I am hearing the noise again…)

Have been going here for years. The professional service is appreciated. These people go over the top to take care of customers. They were super busy, (lost electricity for part of the day) but still managed to get me home while they worked on my car. Thank you!!!

I have been a customer at Ed's Car Care since 2011 and never had one problem. When they installed new tires and they were leaking air, they fixed them with no charge. The front desk personnel is courteous, and the technicians are professional; I never needed to double check on their work.

I have been taking my car to Ed's Car Care since 2011 and never had one problem. Their techs are professional, their front desk personnel are courteous, and they go above and beyond to make sure the service you paid for was worth it.

I had made an appointment at 2 pm, but because during the mean time my tire was completely destroyed I had to have them tow it. This occurred during the Memorial Day weekend and they were closed. I left a message and just after 8 am they contacted my, worked out the detail, and I had my care fixed later that day.
