I have been to Ed's twice, and am impressed with their service and professionalism. Today, I had a 30k mile maintenance and inspection visit. They are great about tracking issues, and letting me know how soon various issues may need attending, and are always willing to quote a price for a service. It's a comfortable place to get auto services, and I feel confident in the quality of service.

Comfortable setting. Pleasant and helpful staff, who kindly made me coffee. They offered me a shuttle ride away, while being serviced, but I decided to wait it out there. I was able to get some work done - and there is WiFi access - and the wait was not bad. It seemed very quick. They are always thorough and are good at pointing out approaching issues, for present or future consideration & care. A good experience, and I'm happy that I found Ed's'

I feel I got the service I needed, on-time and done right. A heads-up on upcoming issues that need to be addressed on my own timing, but no sales pressure to do more than necessary. That's what I trust the team at Ed's to provide.
