This place did a great job. I needed a wheel bearing and half shaft replaced and they worked me into the schedule right away and were great to work with. I would definitely recommend this shop to anyone who needs auto work done on their vehicle.

Kelby said she wasn't told that her appointment was at 8 am, that they never really discussed what time it was, just that it was Wednesday. When Kelby showed up, the employee told her that her appointment was supposed to be at 8 am. She added it was fine, they ended up taking her vehicle and doing it anyway.

Ed's is more than simply a business where you can have your vehicles serviced. Alex, Chase, and Brian greet each person as an important person and customer. They always ask if they can provide you with coffee or water and genuinely care about you as a person. They are always punctual, professionally perform the requested work, and efficiently get you back on the road with your repaired vehicle. They also alert you to potential issues with the vehicle that need to addressed in the future. They are a full-service shop, and are also experts in repairing foreign vehicles. I strongly recommend Ed's for all of your vehicle's service.

Ed's Car Care is a great place to have your car serviced because they are friendly, good at diagnosing what's wrong, and they don't pressure you to get stuff done now (unless there's a dangerous condition.) They tell you before hand what it will cost so there are no big surprises. If they find something else while working, they tell you before they do the work. This keeps you in charge.

I am a BIG FAN of Ed's Car Care. They always go Above and Beyond for customer satisfaction. Example... I recently had my truck serviced and when I picked it up I found a surprise. The technician had accidently broken my clip on Sun Visor that folds down. The technician (Chase :^) left me a note apologizing and he REPLACED the broken Sun Visor with a NEW (and better) one than I originally had. To be honest if they told me it was broken I probably wouldn't have cared other than their honesty about it. However... I was pleasantly surprised to find it with a note. I love the new one better than the old one. Thank you Chase for being honest and caring about customer satisfaction.
