We have a 14 year old hybrid SUV with both an electric motor and a gasoline engine. Ed's Car Care Center was able to determine the problem and provide the fix. They are friendly and efficient. The final bill was even less than their estimate!
Antoine said they charged him 104 for a diagnostic. They didn't get to the root problem of the diagnostic. They couldn't tell him what was wrong. They charged him triple what another competitor quoted him. He would not recommend them because they aren't knowledgeable at diagnoses. They need to diagnose their prices. He won't ever be going back there.
I was on the road Wednesday afternoon when the van started steering very hard. The battery light came on. The radiator light came on. With difficulty, I turned around and got back to the driveway. Ed's Car Care said they would send someone to tow it in. A mechanic stayed overtime and diagnosed the problem. A broken tensioner and serpentine belt. The next morning I had an estimate, and by afternoon it was sitting in the driveway again. I didn't have one worry. You graciously went out of your way to work me in. I was overjoyed to have such speedy service. It is such a relief to trust the care of our van into your hands. Thank you again and again. Wow!
