Referred here by our daughter who had a good experience with her VW. We unfortunately did NOT! We needed brakes done so we could complete the sale of our vehicle which we were up front about. It seemed like from the start you didn't want do the brake job on our 2011 VW Tiguan. I waited all day Monday for the estimate, finally called late afternoon. The guy I spoke with said that he would call back within 10 minutes and 45 minutes later I called back and couldn't get a fiinal est. on the job since it was after 5 pm and the vendor used for the calipers was already closed. Tuesday morning 9 am I finally got an exact quote and it was going to be over $1,800 for a four wheel brake job. We were told it would be $55 for the inspection, but when we pulled the vehicle to take it somewhere else we were charged $70. By the way, the calipers did NOT need be replaced and we got all the work done by another shop in town for less than you wanted to charge for just the rears. Needless to say we will not bring any of our vehicles back to your shop. I was hoping for a much better experience especially after such a good referral. ;(
