I have a 1987 Jaguar XJS Hess and Eisenhardt convertible and the drivers side rear quarter window separated from the motor assembly. After several visits to local reputable repair shops, Eric at Ed’s Car Care Center took a look and immediately agreed to schedule the repair. This was my first time getting work done by Eds. They were friendly, and easy to work with. The online appointment booking, works seamlessly, and are confirmed by real people via email. The notified me what it would take to fix my car and the cost before doing the repairs. When I said I could do some of the simplest repairs myself, they politely accepted, and did the repairs, I couldn't do. My first experience was great. I will be coming back to Eds.
