I've tried a few different mechanics since I was a teen. I've never felt quite comfortable with the ones I've chosen because I felt their work or customer service wasn't up to par. I immediately felt welcomed when I walked into Ed's. They didn't overcharge me and they told me concerning things wrong with my vehicle! There was no pressure to immediately fix the problems either.
