I am always confident that Ed's Car Care Cent er will not try to sell me on something I don't need. However, they also tell me in advance of my next visit what I should expect in the way of unusual expenses ie will need new tires before next winter.

I go to Ed’s for every oil change or issue! They’re affordable, friendly, and have even given me a ride back to my apartment while I wait. They go above and beyond.

As always, Ed's did a bang up job! During my last oil change the service tech noted some areas of concern. They gave me an appointment to follow up on these. Casey kept me informed along the way and the work was done in quick order. When Casey called to tell that the vehicle was done we were unable to pick it up due to an unexpected medical problem with my wife. Casey told me to leave it over the weekend until I could get someone else to help me. (Note: I did stop by on Friday and paid for the repairs even though I could pick it up immediately). Most places could care less about a personal problem and work with you to find a solution. Need service for your vehicle? Having a problem or issue with it? Don't go anywhere else. I've tried a few different mechanics since I was a teen. I've never felt quite comfortable with the ones I've chosen because I felt their work or customer service wasn't up to par. I immediately felt welcomed when I walked into Ed's. They didn't overcharge me and they told me concerning things wrong with my vehicle! There was no pressure to immediately fix the problems either.

Nick said the experience was pleasant and that the prices are comparable for his area.

They seem to be honest and do a thorough job. Only went to them once but they fixed the problem completely.
