The diagnostic cost more than anywhere else I've gotten one. Then they wanted $1300 more to change the water pump and change a few fairly cheap parts. I got the parts myself for less than $200 and just paid somebody $100 to do the labor, saving $1,000. So I've heard good things about them but I can't say my experience was all that great. I basically spent over $200 to find out stuff I could've found out for free had I just brought my car home and let my mechanic neighbor (the guy fixing it) look it over for me.
