Taylor said the people are great, they fix his vehicle well, communication is good, and they ask for approval before they fix up anything.

Great job explaining the work that would be done and very pleased with the repair. However, since the test drive didn't take place until close to 5, there may not have been time for the mechanic to tell that there was another problem that made the car undriveable. Probably the tires need balanced, I will take it to the tire provider. It that is not the problem, I will definitely ask Ed' Car Care to once again fix my car.
