Alyse said she did have to reschedule a few times. Once was her fault and once they were double booked. However, the communication was good, they were easy to talk to, they were able to work out a time that worked for everybody so once she was there, there was no waiting.

My daughter’s car required a fairly extensive repair. When done we noticed an oil leak. Ed’s took responsibility for the problem and corrected it in a timely manner and loaned my daughter a car. They have done a great job taking care of our cars. I highly recommend Ed’s!

I would like to apologize on my haste review as it was made under duress of the situation.Eds resolved the problem in a timely manner as it was a faulty part and nothing to do with there workmanship and everything was taken care of above and beyond I am absolutely livid we brought my stepsons 325 I in for plugs coils thermostat and fuel system cleaning tested and told it was fine 24 hrs later my stepson calls and cars shaking and shuddering and barely running so we went to pick him up and I drove the car back to Eds and dropped it off .I will be in Tuesday to hear what kind of excuse there can be for this 1000 dollars and it was worse than when brought in

Our experiences with Ed's have been more than satisfactory, but the two most recent were absolutely outstanding. In both we were changed nothing for what was done, as Ed's stood behind prior work that did not completely solve a problem and then rectified everything. It was truly gratifying to receive such excellent service. As the title of the review says, 'The service couldn't be better.'
