Yeah I know I have more issues with my suspension and my friend in we already established that and I was going to come back and get work done from you guys until the moment you guys were doing the diagnosis on my engine and you guys couldn't even turn off a radio when I was trying to see if you guys can find the rattling metal knocking noise coming from underneath my hood I was going to pay the diagnosis but apparently your mechanic don't know how to turn off a ding radio that's why I will never take my business to you guys ever again I was willing to spend the 600-plus to fix my front end guess what I got it done myself and now I need an alignment and I refuse to go to you guys because you guys don't even know how to turn off a radio so that you can try to diagnose a problem so don't reply back to me with some stupid comment like you just did because what I'm disappointed about is you can't even diagnose a problem I understand my friend and you did diagnose that but when I asked you to diagnose underneath my hood you guys told me the radio was too loud so you couldn't diagnose anything under the hood guess what I have left there and press the power button on my radio and I didn't have no radio problem I call you out on incompetent workers I took my truck to get it worked on they were expensive which is alright I can understand that. What I can't understand is I asked them to do a diagnosis to figure out what this clicking noise was I was hearing when I get up over 45 miles an hour they tell me that they couldn't hear it because my radio was on how are you and mechanic and you can't even turn the power button off on a radio. My personal opinion is if you can't find a radio power button I'm pretty sure there's a lot of other parts on this truck that you guys don't have a clue about

I have trusted this business for many years. They have not disappointed me. I find them truthful and appropriately priced.

We have taken our cars to Ed's for the past 14 years, and we have never had a bad experience with their service/work. The employees are very friendly, and we enjoy going to see them when we have to have work done.

Original issue was resolved sufficiently. Took my car in for recommended service or replacing some suspension parts. Took my car in Wednesday morning and they called me back that morning and recommended replacing cv driveshaft along with both control arms and tie rod on one side. Thought the car would be ready later that day. I called Thursday after work and they said they still had to keep the car because it was aligned but still pulling to the right. Went to pick up the car on Friday and on the way home my wife realized our driver seat was completely broken and leaning while driving. Nobody mentioned that to us when we picked it up. Also car is veering to the left and not the right like they said. It was suggested that it might be an issue with the struts. I'm a bit confused with the communication process, the length of time my car was there and basically my car is in worse shape than when I took it in after spending over $1300. Will be taking it back to see if issue can get fixed.

I've been bringing our vehicles here for about a year now, and I absolutely love their service. I've talked to Neal and Casey on the phone several times and each time they are very professional, helpful, and honest with me. They have completed the work in a very timely and professional manner. Bryan the owner is a great guy, who runs a very professional, and honest company.
