I had windshield wipers replaced and the car winterized. RO says 'all under hood fluids tipped off' the wiper fluid is empty! Last time my car was in the oil was to be checked. I want told it was fine. Next day, I was out of town for work and the car alarmed for low oil. Now you send me a coupon for a $20.00 oil change but I have to use it within 30 days. That makes no sense

When for a oil change! Everything was done in timely manner. Excellent explanation of overall vehicle conditions. Outstanding customer service and communication about what your vehicle needs.
