I brought my car to Ed's after the dealership gave me a laundry list of things that needed to be done. To my surprise, not one of those things was really *needed* at the time. Maybe the dealership was looking at a standard list of things that should be done, based on the mileage (although they explicitly told me I needed them done), but taking the time to actually check my vehicle resulted in very different recommendations at Ed's. Instead of raking in the profit and agreeing with my original expectations of what needed repaired, Ed's was honest (imagine that) and in the process was willing to forego literally hundreds of dollars to maintain their integrity. Sincerely, thank you.
